Delivery Information

What are the postage and packing charges?

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving the order, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will notify you of any possible delays that may occur. We ship to UK, Europe and Worldwide addresses. The postage and packing charge will be determined by the destination address.

Orders to UK address using Royal Mail First Class (Signed for)

£4.99 postage and packing for first item, and then £3.00 for each additional item within the same order (going to the same address).

Orders to addresses outside UK (Europe and International) using Royal Mail Airmail with International Signed For

£10.99 postage and packing for the first item, and then £5.99 for each additional item within the same order (going to the same address). The above charge includes the Royal Mail fee for obtaining a signature on delivery (International Signed For ); online tracking is also provided up to the point of departure from the UK (via Royal Mail's website).

Local import charges: there may be local import duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered from the UK - please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges.

Size limits on international deliveries: there are size limitations on items which can be sent internationally by Royal Mail Airmail (or Royal Mail Surface Mail) services. A small number of Birdy Num Num items (i.e. larger-sized handbags) exceed the size that can be carried by the above services. Consequently, we regret we are unable to send those particular items to addresses outside the UK. If you are an international customer and have placed an order which includes one of the large size items, we will advise you as soon as possible by e-mail. If you would like to check that an item does not exceed the size requirements prior to ordering it, please contact us by email.

Goods damaged during delivery (UK or international): we make every effort to avoid goods being damaged by using strong outer boxes plus protective filling for all our packages. However, there may be rare occasions when despite this, goods are damaged during the delivery process. If you receive an item which has been damaged, please contact Birdy Num Num immediately by e-mailing us
