Vintage Tapestry Handbag c. 1950's

We find these bags hard to find. An embroidered evening bag from the 1950's. It is a framed bag with an embroidered pastoral scene on both the front and back of the bag.The sides of the bag have a rather lovely scene with a classical building set amongst parkland. The gold tone metal frame and clasp are exposed and the gold tone metal chain handle sits on top of the frame. The inside is lined withpink satin. The label reads JK Miami USA. Condition: Excellent with signs of light use.
