Vintage Black Crocodile Convertible Clutch c. 1960's

These convertible clutch bags are so difficult to find, especially in this fine condition. The front and back of the bag are covered in fabulous black crocodile skin. It is an envelope style clutch which is secured with a popper. The top carry handle has a telescopic feature so can be folded down if you want to. The silver tone metal shoulder strap sits on top of the bag and can be stored inside the bag if necessary. The inside flap, bottom and sides of the bag are made of butter soft black leather. The inside of the bag is lined with faux suede and there is one zipped slip pocket. No labels to identify the manufacturer. Condition: Near Mint with signs of light use to the edges of the bag.
