Vintage Crocodlile Crossbody Satchel Bag c. 1970's

Cross body bags are still very much on trend this season, so how about this fabulous crocodile beauty from the 1970's. It is a glorious burgundy colour; the crocodile is sewn in squares on the front flap and front of the bag. The sides and back of the bag are a lovely butter soft leather in the same colour. The shoulder strap is secured to the sides of the bag where there is a gold tone metal rim which runs underneath the bag. This serves to give the bag more structure and to protect the leather. The hinged clasp opens to reveal the inside of the bag which is lined with black fabric. There are two compartments with one open and one zipped slip pocket. No markers to identify the manufacturer.
