Vintage Beaded Handbag c. 1950's

"I’m not retro darling, I am vintage… something special that just gets better with age."

This is a fantastic bag. Such a good size for its era. A cream beaded bag from the 1950's. The beads are secured to a cream mesh.The gold tone metal frame is expose and the clasp is secure,One of the diamante rhinestones is missing from the clasp (see picture). The single carry handle is made of the same beaded mesh and sits on top of the bag.The bag is lined with cream satin fabric and there is one open slip pocket which has gold piping. The label reads by Lommured petite bead made in USA. Condition: Excellent; all the beads are intact except for one bead in the top left hand corner of the back of the bag. There is signs of wear to the cream enamel on the back of the frame.
