Vintage Cream Snakeskin Bag c. 1960's
"Anybody who buys me can immediately join Audrey and have a fabulous breakfast at Tiffany's"
This is a rather good sized snakeskin bag from the 1960's.It is a structured bag which is covered with gorgeous cream snakeskin sewn in panels. The shoulder strap can be adjusted with poppers. The front flap is secured with a gold tone metal twist clasp. The underside of the front flap and the front of the bag is a butter soft cream leather. The inside of the bag is lined with a dramatic red leather, it has one large zippedpocket in the middle of the bag and two open slip pockets which have gold piping along the top of them. No markers to identify the manufacturer. Condition: The snakeskin is in mint condition as is the inside of the bag with the exception of a small cross marked in biro underneath the front flap and HRH 3260 written on one of the side panels of the red lining-perhaps it belonged to the Queen!
